My name is Carlene Sumner and I have been licensed to sell real estate for over 10 years.  My career started as an agent in Utah.  I enjoyed a great deal of success and many achievements in the listings, sales and closings categories very early in my career.  Upon receiving the Listing Agent of the Year award, I decided it was time to take my career in a new direction and pursue management.  In 2004 I successfully passed & received my Broker's license, and I was soon hired to be a productivity coach for a local company.  This transitioned into an added role as a Branch Manager, or Broker-in-Charge.  I enjoyed these roles and relished the opportunity to assist others in achieving their goals.

In 2006 my husband had an opportunity to bring our family to the East Coast, and we jumped on it.  The beauty and hospitality of the South is something I had wanted my boys to experience for a long time.  We moved to the Triangle area and have a home in beautiful Wake Forest.  It has been exciting to share my expertise and unconventional listing & selling methods with a new group of buyers and sellers.  Currently my average Days on Market for listings is 36 days!
